Typhoon International’s new Sirocco Smock debuts at Southampton Boat Show

Typhoon International is proud to introduce the brand-new Sirocco Smock, a stylish waterproof top from the iconic Typhoon brand.  The Typhoon Sirocco Smock will be making its debut appearance at the Southampton Boat Show on Stand J275.

The Sirocco Smock is built using an extremely durable, waterproof and breathable 2.5 layer fabric construction.  Its ergonomic sleeve design limits ride-up and improves freedom of movement.  The Sirocco is ideal for all watersports.

A neoprene hem with twin side adjusters ensures a tight and comfortable fit however hard you are working.  The highly breathable material wicks excess moisture away from the body whilst the fully adjustable PU neck and wrist closers keep water out.  The hook and loop neck closure system makes it easy to open up for venting. The seams are fully taped for extra waterproof integrity.

The smock is available in red only and is also available in a junior model as well as a hooded version with fleece lined collar and stowable hood – perfect for protection from cold harsh conditions.

Visit the Southampton Boat Show to view the Typhoon range which will include the brand new Typhoon Sirocco Smock. You’ll find it at Marine Super Store (F006), Andark Diving and Watersports (F001) and YouBoat.

  • Sirocco Smock £69.95   RRP inc VAT
  • Sirocco Smock Junior £39.95   RRP ex VAT

About Typhoon

Typhoon was founded 70 years ago and took its current name in the 1970s moving to the factory at Redcar where the company still operates today.
Typhoon is the world’s largest manufacturer of drysuits and a key player in the diving and watersports markets with products specifically designed for all its key leisure markets: diving, sailing, surfing, kayaking, water skiing/boarding and other watersports. Where Typhoon does not have the capability to manufacture the products then leading brands are sourced and distributed into the UK and Europe such as Neil Pryde Sailing.
Typhoon’s head office in Redcar provides a full after sales service which also includes repairs and servicing. We can also customise products to individual requirements such as made-to-measure drysuits or adding extras from pockets to custom zips and logos. As part of the 3Si group of companies Typhoon can provide a complete range of marine safety products.
Typhoon supplies all the major military markets around the globe and also commercial customers such as the RNLI, Canal & River Trust, Environment Agency and major oil companies as well as recreational users in the diving and leisure markets.
Typhoon is proud to be a part of the Safety and Survival Systems International Ltd (3Si) group, with a growing portfolio of marine safety products and services, covering commercial, leisure and military markets. www.typhoon-int.co.uk
